Your Responsibilities

In order to best advertise your home it is important we know as much as possible about the property.  We appreciate you sharing your likes and dislikes about your home as well as any upgrades or changes you have made.  Your adventures and stories that add personality are also welcome.

We get some of the basic information from Summit County tax records but they aren't always accurate.  We will be verifying bedroom and bathroom count, source of water and sewer services and square footage.

We need to know about your HOA
  • How much are your HOA dues?
  • What is included in your HOA dues?
  • What amenities are available to you?  How can we access those amenities to show buyers?
  • What company manages the HOA?  Do they have a website?
  • Are there any upcoming assessments?
  • Are there any upcoming improvements to the building or neighborhood?
  • Are pets allowed?
We need to know about your utility service (if it's not included in the HOA)
  • What companies provide services for you?  Gas, electric, cable, internet, trash, snow removal, security system, hot tub maintenance, etc.
  • What are your average utility bills for gas, electric, water and sewer?
We need to know if you rent or have rented your property
  • Do you rent short term/long term?
  • What was last year's gross rental income? 
  • What is this year's gross rental income year to date? 
  • Who manages your rentals for you? 
  • Can we show the property when it is rented?
  • How do we check availablility?
The new owner will appreciate any manuals for appliances, security systems, garage door openers, directions to change garage or front door keypad codes, and any extra keys to owner's closets or ski lockers.
